1. General Use
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

2. Products & Services
We sell: Handmade products and Digital downloads (including templates and designs)
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Digital Products
All digital products: Are for personal use only. They cannot be resold, shared, copied, or redistributed. They cannot be used to create products for resale. Due to the nature of digital downloads: All digital sales are final (no refunds or exchanges)

4. Orders & Payments
All payments are securely processed through our eCommerce platform. Payment information is encrypted and handled according to industry standards. We reserve the right to: Cancel or refuse any order. Limit quantities per customer.

5. Product Characteristics & Artistic Integrity
Due to the handmade nature of the Work, certain variations in appearance—including but not limited to color shifts, pattern differences, line work, and the presence of air bubbles are expected and unavoidable. These attributes are inherent to the glass-painting process. While the Artist maintains high-quality standards, these unique characteristics are part of the artistic integrity of the piece and are not considered flaws or defects. By purchasing, the Buyer acknowledges that no two pieces are identical.

6. Shipping (Physical Products)
Shipping times may vary and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers

7. Returns & Refunds
Digital products: No refunds
Physical products: No refunds. We will recreate products if damage happens during shipping.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (designs, templates, images, logos):
Is owned by Alexa Masiello, Creator of "The Glass Meadow." It all is protected by copyright laws.
You may NOT: Copy, reproduce, or sell our designs. Use designs for commercial purposes

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for: Misuse/understanding of our products. Any damages resulting from use of this website. Any damage resulting from improper installation, cleaning, handling, or general wear and tear after the item has been delivered in good condition.
